Form and Function develops strength training plans for athletes. We meet the athlete where they are currently at, then create a plan to get them where they want to go. We believe that collaboration and input from the athlete and their team is an integral part of this process. The  feedback and information provided is used to create the best possible individualized program for each athlete.

The strength plans we create focus on improving athlete health and resiliency to support their sport specific training. The work done in the gym should improve sport performance, not detract from it.
